WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

We process and ship orders Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information at the time of order. Blur Gear will ship orders to the addresses provided at checkout. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE ENTERING THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR YOUR ORDER.

Orders cannot be canceled once packages have been shipped.

Domestic Shipping Options:

IF EXPRESS IS NOT SELECTED, ORDERS WILL SHIP ECONOMY PROCESSING

Economy Shipping: Orders process and ship within 3-5 business days. Transit times will vary depending on the destination.

Express Shipping: Orders process and ship within 3-5 business days. Delivery typically occurs within 1-2 business days after shipping.

Free Shipping:
- Free Economy Shipping on orders over $30 (No PO BOXES).
- Free Express Shipping on orders over $100 (No PO BOXES).

Pre-Order Item Policy:

Pre-order items secure your mask when they become available. Since our masks are handmade and custom, pre-order items may take 7-10 business days before they become available. Processing time for pre-order items starts after the product becomes available. We will contact you if we require a better image for custom masks.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXPRESS PROCESSING. IF EXPRESS SHIPPING IS SELECTED ON A 'PRE-ORDER ITEM', THE ITEM WILL SHIP IN THAT METHOD ONCE THE ITEM BECOMES AVAILABLE.

Eligible Countries: Blur Gear ships to multiple countries worldwide. The country will be listed in the drop-down at checkout.
